To our new home at annstreetumc.com
On Saturday, October 25, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., the UMW of Ann Street UMC will be hosting their annual Bazaar and Fall Festival. There will be the Farmer’s Market featuring NC apples and sweet potatoes, homemade jams and jellies, peanuts made by our Methodist Men, and pumpkins on sale from our youth. Inside we will have casseroles and baked goods for sale, as well as breakfast and lunch.
There will be plenty of booths to check out our handmade items, the print shop featuring hanging wall prints as well as stationary, our jewelry shop with unusual and unique items, and much, much more.
Come see all the great things the UMW has to offer. Proceeds from the Bazaar are used for a variety of local, national and international charities, including our local Backpack Blessings program, our youth and mission team, and more.

The Knit and Pray group has made these little hats to go to the hospital for preemies. They don’t just make prayer shawls and baptismal blankets! Are they not the cutest things?
To be a part of the Knit and Pray group, join us Tuesday mornings at 10am in the parlor, or contact the church office.
Buy a piece of Ann Street United Methodist Church history by purchasing a brick taken from the chimney of the original Ann St. sanctuary building. The bricks have been cleaned and authenticated and are available for $5.00 each. A portion of the proceeds goes back to the church. The youth are raising money for a mission trip to the NC mountains this summer.
Register now for Vacation Bible School being held from June 25th to June 29th. It’s easy!
This Sunday, March 18, both the 8:25 am and 11 am Worship services will be conducted by Ann Street Youth. They will handle all aspects of the service with skits, music and a children’s message. The youth will usher, acolyte and greet members as they enter the church. Come join us this Sunday at either or both services and bring a friend!
Join us in worship on Sundays starting on January 29 for this inspiring and informative sermon series. Be sure to invite your friends and neighbors, too! There’s something here for everyone.
